Order Processing

Please allow 1 – 2 business day for your product to be processed before it is shipped. To ensure your order is processed on the same day, please place your order by 12:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Fees

Once your order has been processed, please allow 5 – 7 business days for shipping. The estimated total time to receive your order from the time of purchase is 6 – 9 business days.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.

Shipping Policy

We primarily ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is selected at checkout.

We currently ship only within the United States.

We regret that we do not ship to the following locations:

• International addresses
• APO/FPO addresses

Important Considerations

All delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Unexpected delays

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

It is crucial that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost or stolen items resulting from customer-requested forwarding or redirection of packages.
• Undeliverable packages that are returned to us.

• Returned orders may be disposed of by our shipping partners. A re-shipping fee ($6.99) will apply if you request the order to be sent again after being returned.
