At Jamyfarm, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you made a mistake while placing your order or simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered! Our easy and transparent cancellation policy ensures a smooth shopping experience.

1. Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You can cancel your order, but it depends on the order status:

  • Before Processing & Shipping – You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Processing & Shipping – Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see our Return & Refund Policy).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us - Email us at support@jamyfarm.com or use our Contact Form with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Confirmation - Our team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
  • Refund Processing - If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Pro Tip: Orders placed during sales, promotions, or using discount codes may be subject to different cancellation terms.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: If you ordered a custom-printed hoodie, cancellation is only possible within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production starts, we cannot cancel it.
  • Gift Cards & Promotional Items: Orders containing gift cards or promotional giveaways are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

4. What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order has not shipped within the estimated timeframe, you may request a cancellation. However, shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, carrier issues, etc.) may not be eligible for cancellation.

5. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments - Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • PayPal Payments - Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Store Credit - If you prefer, we can issue store credit for your next purchase.

Note: Some banks may take additional time to process refunds. If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
