1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items must not be customized or final-sale products.
Note: Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Wait for Approval - Our customer support team will review your request within 3 business days.
- Ship the Item - Once approved, send the product back to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange - After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized hoodies.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Items damaged due to improper use or care.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Method
- Credit/Debit Card Purchases - Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- PayPal/Other Payment Services - Funds are returned to your account.
- Store Credit Option - If preferred, we can issue a store credit for future purchases.
